President of Winters & Associates, Inc., providing services
in strategic and marketing planning, retreat facilitation, organizational
restructuring, succession planning, and independent arbitration.
Former
President of Brudi, Inc. He managed the evolution of the company from
entrepreneurial engineering job shop to a marketing oriented company with
state-of-the-art technology. During his tenure the company developed
international markets and manufacturing sites in Australia, South
Korea, Sweden
and United Kingdom.
As
a CPA with Deloitte & Touche, he worked in the Portland OR
practice office and in the firm’s NYC Executive Offices in charge of
audit software technology. He was
a guest lecturer in national and international forums.
Paul
is very active in Civic Affairs.
Some of his activities include:
· In 2007, Governor Gregoire appointed him to the Board of
Trustee for Evergreen State College.
· He was Chair of the Columbia River Economic Development
Council in 2006/07 and currently sits on their Executive Board. During his tenure he created a plan to
double their budget and influenced their focus on international opportunities.
· Enhancing the quality of life in our region, he was Chair of
the Vancouver Symphony Orchestra for 2005 to 2007. He was instrumental in creating a
strategic plan and increasing their revenues by 70% in two years.
· He was Chair of the Clark County Public Facility District
leading to the development of the Convention Center in Vancouver
and the Exhibit
Center at the Clark
County Fairgrounds.

As an active
Rotarian, he created a strategic plan in 1996 to develop a stable, new
fund raiser for the Vancouver Rotary Club. From that process, he became the
founder and chair for the first four years of the Vancouver Rotary
Festival of Trees. Now in its 2nd
decade, the Festival has raised approximately $1.5 million and annually
nets over $200,000.
